About the Project
m+ Architecture Inc. has submitted a development application to the district of West Vancouver for rezoning the subject land from the current RS‐3 zone, to the RS‐5 zone, to allow for two single family homes with two legal suites.
Interested members of the public are invited to attend the Virtual Developer’s Information Session with the Applicant for an early opportunity to review the proposal and offer comments.
This pre-application meeting is not a District of West Vancouver function. The District Council may formally consider the proposal at a later date

Official Community Plan
This proposal is being considered as a site-specific application under Policy 2.1.1 of the Official Community Plan, which states: “2.1.1: Amend neighborhood subdivision standards (including consideration of site-specific applications) to enable the development of smaller houses on smaller lots in existing detached residential areas (see Map 1).”
